St. Augustine said that man suffers from an inward famine. He spends his life seeking to quench his thirst and fill his empty soul. Hey, this is Ron Moore with the Bible Minute.
So, man suffers from an inward famine--what that man needs, only God can supply. The Psalmist puts it this way in Psalm 107:8-9.
"Let them give thanks to the LORD for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for men, for he satisfies the thirsty and fills the hungry with good things."
Perhaps you can relate. Today I invite you to find in Jesus the spiritual food and water that you have wanted all along. Bow before Him as your Savior and Lord. Because, through Jesus, God has done "wonderful deeds for men."
