MEET THE YOUTH DIVISION:

REACHING THE NEXT GENERATION FOR CHRIST

At Back to the Bible, we are passionate about equipping the next generation with biblical truth in a world full of distractions. That’s why we’ve launched a dedicated Youth Division—a team committed to engaging Gen Z and Gen Alpha in the spaces where they spend most of their time: online. Through Overflo Faith, we’re building a digital movement that helps young people develop faith habits, find community, and share the Gospel boldly. Meet the team behind this initiative and hear why we’re passionate about making an impact!

Asa: Capturing Truth Through Video

“One of the core reasons I’m passionate about this initiative is because I firmly believe that the key to impacting the future lies in investing in the next generation.”

Hi, I’m Asa, and I’m a video producer here at Back to the Bible. Within the Youth Division, I focus on creating engaging video content that connects with teens and young adults on social media. As a husband and father, I see firsthand how crucial it is for young people to have a strong foundation in faith. The world is full of competing voices, and my heart is to cut through the noise with truth and hope. Young people are passionate, creative, and ready to change the world, and I want to help equip them to stand fi rm in their faith and share it confidently with others.

Anna: Bringing Faith to Digital Spaces

“Young people have a deep hunger for faith, even if they don’t always know where to fi nd it.”

As part of the Youth Division team, my role focuses on data analytics and logistics, ensuring that our content reaches the right audience in the most impactful way. But beyond the numbers, I’ve seen firsthand—through years of working with teens as a snowboarding and rafting instructor—just how formative and challenging these years can be. Young people are searching for identity, truth, and purpose, and social media often shapes their worldview. Instead of seeing digital platforms as a distraction, we see them as a mission fi eld. Our goal is to bring faith-filled content into these spaces, helping young people discover Christ in a way that speaks to their real questions, struggles, and dreams.

Chloe: Building a Movement of Digital Discipleship

“Through this initiative, we’re equipping young people to grow in faith, mentor others, and carry the Gospel into the next generation.”

In the Youth Division at Back to the Bible, I focus on digital strategy, content creation, and engagement to reach younger generations through social media. Our team leads the way in developing content, designing campaigns, and analyzing trends, but we also provide a unique opportunity for teens (ages 13-18) to learn alongside us. Through our ambassador program, they gain hands-on experience in filming, graphic design, and social media strategy, equipping them with skills to use digital platforms to share their faith effectively. We are incredibly grateful for the teens in our program who bring creativity, passion, and fresh perspectives to this mission.

I’m especially excited to see young people grow in confidence as they learn how to use social media for good. While many label this generation as disconnected, I believe they’re more connected than ever through social media, smartphones, and gaming. Social media often gets a bad reputation, but when used intentionally, it’s a powerful tool for spreading the Gospel and building authentic faith communities.

Why This Matters

Teenagers and young adults are not just the future of the church—they are the church right now. They need biblical truth, encouragement, and community to navigate life’s challenges with wisdom and faith. That’s why we’re committed to meeting them where they are, speaking their language, and equipping them to live out their faith boldly. If you know a teen interested in being part of this exciting program, email Chloem@backtothebible.org to get involved!

Join us in praying for this initiative and for the countless young people who will be impacted by it. We can’t wait to see how God moves in this generation!
